"I am very disappointed with my experience with this establishment and have serious concerns regarding the way my account was handled.

My policy was canceled, yet funds were still withdrawn from my bank account.I was initially informed that the funds had not been received; however, I was able to provide bank statements showing that the payment had in fact been deducted from my account. Additionally, the funds were withdrawn prior to the scheduled automatic withdrawal date, which I was also able to document through my bank records.

Prior to this issue, I had also inquired about a life insurance policy. I received paperwork by mail requesting my signatures, but the information provided did not clearly explain the type of policy being offered, the coverage amount or payout, or the beneficiaries associated with the policy. Without having sufficient information to make an informed decision, I ultimately declined to proceed\.

As a customer, I believe transparency, accuracy, and clear communication are essential. Based on my experience, I was not satisfied with the level of communication or transparency I received and feel that customers should carefully review all documentation and financial transactions associated with their policies."
